As befits a country where rallying is akin to a religion, the Rally Finland is an epic and hugely challenging event. And the fastest one in the callendar. Combining high speeds with narrow stretches and a number of jumps, it is an event which tests the precision and accuracy of both the driver and co-driver to the max.

Hard, smooth roads mean mechanical problems are rare here, but the speeds mean that every second counts and just one mistake can prove costly. Getting the technique for jumping right is crucial, as is ensuring the accuracy of the pace notes. But for viewers, it is, without doubt, one of the most thrilling rallies of the season.
